“Think First” (Pensar Primero) now available in its Spanish version
Here at Concreta we thought that the best way to transmit our idea of how the creation and implementation of Web sites and Applications must be done was writing it down into a book. This is how Think First was born, and with it Concreta’s Library Think First
is a deep analysis of IT dependency problems. With a self-critical spirit , and a little humor, it covers the causes why IT project exceed all the planned schedules, all the granted budgets and the goodwill of those that must live together with it. It proposes a new methodology to add the needed foreseeability and common sense that business managers are looking for their IT projects. The book is available in its Spanish version only.
